Qwen briefly exceeded 100 per cent returns on Monday morning and overtook DeepSeek between October 24 and 26 before ceding its lead. Alibaba owns the South China Morning Post.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">By contrast, OpenAI\u2019s GPT-5 was the worst performer so far, losing nearly 60 per cent of its capital with about US$4,000 remaining.
