NBAE via Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>Wembanyama seemingly weighed in by re-sharing a post from DJ J. Strand \u2014 X user @DJ_Ajaxx \u2014 who posted a video of a man saying, \u201cWhat? Oh, see that\u2019s what we not about to do. Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not clear if Wembanyama\u2019s re-share meant he was wading into that conversation, however.<\/p>\n<p>The NBA faced backlash during the 2023 All-Star weekend in Salt Lake City \u2014 where Malone played 18 seasons, winning two MVP awards \u2014 for welcoming him as part of the festivities.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>At that time, <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/02\/20\/karl-malone-wont-talk-about-controversial-past-i-dont-care\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Malone didn\u2019t want any part of discussing<\/a> his personal history.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m not discussing any of that backlash,\u201d Malone said, according to the Salt Lake Tribune. \u201cI don\u2019t care.
