It was a year of incredible drama throughout the field with the title fight going to the final race of the campaign, while there were emotional farewells along the way. We\u2019ve gathered some of the biggest stats and milestones from the year gone by in one easy place for you.<\/p>\n<p>\n706 \u2013 Between Anthony Gobert\u2019s win at Phillip Island, Race 2 in 2000 and Alex Lowes&#8217; Superpole Race rostrum at Misano, 706 races had passed since Bimota stood on the podium.<\/p>\n<p>\n600+ &#8211; For the first time in WorldSBK history, two riders hit the 600-point barrier. Razgatlioglu scored 616 points on his way to a third title, while Bulega scored 603.<\/p>\n<p>\n596\/591 \u2013 Bulega raced the most laps in 2025, with 596. Razgatlioglu followed on 591.<\/p>\n<p>\n323 \u2013 Razgatlioglu led the most laps this season, with 323. Bulega was next on 265. In total, seven different riders led a lap: Razgatlioglu, Bulega, Bautista, Locatelli, Sam Lowes, Alex Lowes and Vickers.<\/p>\n<p>\n264\/119\/104 \u2013 Rea bowed out of WorldSBK as the rider with the most podiums (264), wins (119) and fastest laps (104). He also has the second-most poles (44, only behind Tom Sykes\u2019 51). It\u2019s more than he managed with Yamaha (37) in four seasons; he\u2019s the rider with most victories for both brands.<\/p>\n<p>\n35 \u2013 Bassani\u2019s front row start at Misano gave Bimota their first front row in WorldSBK in 35 years. Their last came at Pergusa in 1989, when both Giancarlo Falappa and Mike Baldwin claimed a front row start.<\/p>\n<p>\n32\/31 \u2013 Bulega stood on the podium in 32 races this season, the most of anyone. Razgatlioglu was just behind, with 31.<\/p>\n<p>\n25 \u2013 Razgatlioglu recorded 25 rostrums in a row in 2025, between Race 1 at Cremona and Race 1 at Jerez, equalling the record set by Colin Edwards in 2002.<\/p>\n<p>\n20\/21 \u2013 Bulega has 20 WorldSBK wins to his name in two seasons. He\u2019s one behind Max Biaggi and two behind Marco Melandri as he looks to become the Italian rider with most WorldSBK wins.<\/p>\n<p>\n14y, 1m, 8d \u2013 The gap between Rea\u2019s first and last win is more than 14 years. The second-longest is Noriyuki Haga at 12 years, 11 months.<\/p>\n<p>\n13 \u2013 For the second consecutive season, Razgatlioglu won 13 races in a row; equalling the all-time record he set in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\n9 \u2013 Nine different riders stood on the rostrum this season. This is four below last year\u2019s tally, and the first time fewer than 10 riders claimed podiums since 2019.<\/p>\n<p>\n6\/5 \u2013 For the first time, two riders recorded five or more poles in a single season. Razgatlioglu took six, with Bulega on five. In terms of manufacturers, it was 6-6: BMW\u2019s all came from Razgatlioglu, while Sam Lowes (ELF Marc VDS Racing Team) added one for Ducati.<\/p>\n<p>\n4\/3 \u2013 Razgatlioglu became the fourth rider to have three or more WorldSBK crowns. Rea has 6, Fogarty has 4 and Bayliss has 3.<\/p>\n<p>\n2 \u2013 The 36 victories this year were shared across just two countries (Turkey; 21, Razgatlioglu; Italy; 15, Bulega (14), Locatelli (1).
