\n\tKaouther Ben Hania\u2019s Gaza drama The Voice of Hind Rajab<\/a>, has landed a December 17, 2025 theatrical release in New York (Film Forum) and Los Angeles (Laemmle Theatres), with a national rollout to follow via the distribution arm of the pic\u2019s production partner Willa<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe movie, which received the longest standing ovation at the Venice Film Festival <\/a>at 23 minutes-plus and went on to win the Silver Lion Grand Jury Prize, is Tunisia\u2019s official submission for the 98th Academy Awards<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tBased on true events, pic follows Red Crescent volunteers as they struggle to send an ambulance to rescue a 6-year-old girl trapped under fire in Gaza. The film stars Saja Kilani, Motaz Malhees, Amer Hlehel and Clara Khoury.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe movie was produced by Oscar nominee Nadim Cheikhrouha (Four Daughters), Oscar winner Odessa Rae (Navalny) and Oscar winner James Wilson (The Zone of Interest), with EPs Brad
Pitt, Dede Gardner, Jeremy Kleiner, Rooney Mara, Joaquin Phoenix, Alfonso Cuar\u00f3n and Jonathan Glazer.<\/p>\n

The Voice of Hind Rajab also won the Audience Award at the San Sebasti\u00e1n Film Festival, the Audience Award for International Feature at the Middleburg Film Festival, and the Silver Hugo Jury Prize at the Chicago Film Festival. It has also screened at Toronto, BFI London, and AFI Fest among others.<\/p>\n

Supported by Sundance Institute and recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30, Willa is a production and distribution company focused on socially and culturally important films.
