\n\tUPDATE (Oct. 29):\u00a0With the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction ceremony just 10 days away, the Rock Hall<\/a> announced numerous additional guests who will take the stage to present, perform, and honor this year\u2019s inductees. The newly added guests are Avril Lavigne, Bryan Adams, Donald Glover, En Vogue, Feist, Gina Schock, Hurby Luv Bug Azor, Janelle Mon\u00e1e, Jerry Cantrell, Jim Carrey, Joe Perry, Lisa Coleman, Mick Fleetwood, Mike McCready, Nancy Wilson Nathaniel Rateliff and Tedeschi Trucks Band.
Also, ABC\u2019s\u00a0Dancing with the Stars\u00a0will feature a special Rock & Roll Hall of Fame-themed episode on Tuesday, Nov. 4, honoring the music and legacy of Rock Hall inductees past and present.<\/p>\n

\n\tPREVIOUSLY (Oct. 28):\u00a0Chappell Roan<\/a> won\u2019t be eligible for induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame until 2042 \u2014 25 years after the release of her first commercial recording \u2014 but she\u2019ll have a chance to check out the proceedings on Saturday, Nov. 8, when she is a guest at the 2025 Induction Ceremony. The Killers<\/a>, who become eligible for Rock Hall membership much sooner, in 2028, have also joined the lineup.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe 40th annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame ceremony is set for the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. Previously announced guests who will take the stage to present, perform and honor this year\u2019s inductees are Beck, Brandi Carlile, David Letterman, Doja Cat, Elton John, Flea, Iggy Pop, J.I.D, Killer Mike, Maxwell, Missy Elliott, Olivia Rodrigo, Questlove, RAYE, Sleepy Brown, Taylor Momsen, Teddy Swims and Twenty One Pilots.<\/p>\n

\n\tAs previously announced, this year\u2019s inductees are Bad Company, Chubby Checker, Joe Cocker, Cyndi Lauper, Outkast, Soundgarden and The White Stripes, along with Salt-N-Pepa and Warren Zevon for Musical Influence, Thom Bell, Nicky Hopkins, and Carol Kaye for Musical Excellence and Lenny Waronker for the Ahmet Ertegun Award.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe induction ceremony will stream live coast-to-coast on Disney+<\/a> on Saturday, Nov. 8, at 8 p.m. ET, and will be available to stream following the ceremony. ABC will air a primetime special with performance highlights and standout moments on Thursday, Jan. 1, at 8:00 p.m. ET, available the following day on Hulu<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tFans who wish to attend the ceremony in person can purchase tickets at AXS.com.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe 2025 Inductee Exhibit at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland is set to open to the public on Oct 31. It will feature artifacts such as Lauper\u2019s handwritten lyrics to \u201cTime After Time\u201d; the outfits worn by Meg White and Jack White on the cover of The White Stripes\u2019 Icky Thump; a 1979 Gibson Les Paul electric guitar played by Chris Cornell of Soundgarden; and outfits worn by the members of Outkast including the outfit Andre 3000 wore in the \u201cHey Ya!\u201d music video.<\/p>\n

\n\tWho qualifies for the Rock Hall? According to their site: \u201cArtists \u2014 a group encompassing performers, composers and\/or musicians \u2014 become eligible for induction 25 years after the release of their first commercial recording. Besides demonstrating unquestionable musical excellence and talent, inductees will have had a significant impact on the development, evolution and preservation of rock n\u2019 roll.\u201d<\/p>\n
