Co-captain James Christie has said it would be a \u201chuge honour\u201d to lead Hong Kong in the National Games next month, before he hunkers down for an austere Christmas ahead of his team\u2019s next challenge.<\/p>\n
Hong Kong\u2019s Kai Tak Stadium will stage the Games\u2019 three-day rugby sevens tournaments from November 12. On their return to the competition after a 12-year absence, the hosts\u2019 men are in a pool with Shandong, Tianjin and Inner Mongolia.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s a huge honour being back in the National Games, especially on our own patch in front of friends and family,\u201d Christie said.<\/p>\n
\u201cA lot of top professional teams don\u2019t get to play a home tournament, so we\u2019re hugely grateful we\u2019ll get to play here twice this year [following the Cathay\/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens].<\/p>\n
\u201cThere\u2019s always pressure, but we wouldn\u2019t be in the game if we didn\u2019t like that.\u201d<\/p>\n
