The United States will be crashing the 2027 Rugby World Cup party in Australia, but the 2025 international season isn\u2019t over for Scott Lawrence and the Eagles.<\/a><\/p>\n

And the biggest test of all awaits in one of rugby\u2019s cathedrals \u2014 Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh.<\/p>\n

Scotland Rugby was a few missed kicks away from possibly winning the 2025 Six Nations and enters the Nations Series \u2014 or Autumn Nations, for the rugby heads \u2014 as the No. 8-ranked team in the world.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been seven years since the Eagles stunned the world in Houston and beat the Scots. Now, the two sides meet again across the pond at 1:40 p.m. ET on Nov. 1.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Here are five things to know ahead of the Eagles vs. the Scots.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t Miss A Second Of The Pregame At Murrayfield Stadium<\/p>\n

My goodness, if Peacock skips the pregame pageantry of Murrayfield on Saturday\u2026<\/p>\n

There isn\u2019t anything like it in sports \u2014 not just rugby. It\u2019s the best crowd in the game, and that doesn\u2019t even feel like a hot take. The lone piper at the top of the stadium, the army of bagpipers on the field, the crowd singing \u201cFlower of Scotland,\u201d and the fact it\u2019s the first match at Murrayfield since they played Wales in March \u2014 don\u2019t miss it\u2026 if Peacock shows it.<\/p>\n

The Match Is On Peacock In The United States<\/p>\n

USA Rugby is streaming all over the place these days, including on FloRugby this month. But the Scotland\u2013USA match is streaming on Peacock, which currently carries all the Autumn Nations and Six Nations matches.<\/p>\n

This Is A Big Month For The Eagles<\/p>\n

The Scotland match is a major Test, but in terms of Rugby World Cup seeding, the match the USA will play against Georgia on Nov. 8 might be even bigger. Georgia is ranked No. 11 in the world, and the Eagles start the month at No. 15. The two nations could be battling for similar seeding positions come December when the World Cup draw takes place.<\/p>\n

About The 2018 USA vs. Scotland Rugby Match<\/p>\n

That match streamed on FloRugby\u00a0<\/a>and became one of the biggest moments in USA Rugby history. One of the best players in the world, Blair Kinghorn, missed a late kick, and Joe Taufete\u2019e scored two tries as the USA won 30\u201329.<\/p>\n

The Scots won\u2019t have Kinghorn or their biggest star, Finn Russell, this time, but they will feature standouts such as Darcy Graham and Duhan van der Merwe. The USA hasn\u2019t released its lineup yet, but there could be some veterans from that 2018 win.<\/p>\n
