AFL superstar Bailey Smith has posted pictures to social media in Perth as he labelled a coastal suburb \u201cso pretty\u201d, even revealing he had looked up house prices.<\/p>\n

Smith is in WA this week after speaking at a sportsman\u2019s night at Mineral Resources Park on Thursday, titled \u2018The Bailey Smith Experience\u2019.<\/p>\n

The 24-year-old was in Cottesloe on Friday morning and was taken by the prestigious beachside suburb, letting his army of 420,000 Instagram followers know it was a great spot.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhy are the streets in Cottesloe so pretty?\u201d he posted in an Instagram story.<\/p>\n

Then, in another, he wrote: \u201cJust sussed house prices in Cottesloe & there\u2019s no wonder why she perty (sic).\u201d<\/p>\n

According to REIWA, the median house price for Cottesloe is currently around $3.08 million.<\/p>\n

\u201cBailey was in Perth only for this one off show with us and loved getting around Cottesloe prior to the event,\u201d Vincent Handley of Entertainment By Vin, which presented the appearance alongside Left Field Touring, told PerthNow.<\/p>\n

\u201cBailey loves meeting his fans young and old and has been excited at the prospect of seeing his WA-based fans this off season.<\/p>\n

\u201c150-plus Cats fans had a very enjoyable night with a sincere, honest, fun and relaxed Bailey… (he) loves doing our shows and will be back on the road again in 2026.\u201d<\/p>\n

Smith had a stunning 2025 campaign in his first season at Geelong after crossing from the Western Bulldogs, but endured a challenging end to the year with a series of off-field incidents.<\/p>\n

It included posting an inappropriate caption on a Mad Monday photo of teammate Max Holmes dressed as Caroline Wilson, prompting AFL CEO Andrew Dillon to put the star midfielder \u201con notice\u201d.<\/p>\n
