The Snow White star<\/a>\u2019s ensemble, which she wore to the Glamour Women Of The Year Awards in London, was half red-carpet gown, half preppy suit. The top layer was a sequined slipdress in a sharp gray-and-red plaid pattern. Zegler wore the statement piece layered over a see-through white button-up shirt (featuring a collar, a breast pocket, and everything). But it was her sequined, plaid tie that tied the entire look together.<\/p>\n The look was courtesy of the master of suiting himself, Thom Browne.
