About six months after her hard launch<\/a> into space, Katy Perry<\/a> has soft-launched her new relationship with Justin Trudeau on Instagram. Although the couple already made their first public appearance together holding hands<\/a> in Paris last weekend, Perry didn\u2019t post Trudeau on her social media until an October 28 Instagram carousel post<\/a> celebrating her 41st birthday with the caption \u201cLevel 41 \ud83e\udee6\u2665\ufe0f.\u201d This pairing is still relatively new \u2014 Perry and Trudeau were first seen together in July, a few weeks after Perry and Orlando Bloom<\/a> confirmed their split \u2014\u00a0which is perhaps why the former prime minister of Canada didn\u2019t get prime placement in the 12-slide post. In fact, if you blink, you might miss that he\u2019s in the eighth slide at all: Trudeau makes a cameo for about a second in the background of a video in which Perry blows out the candles on a cake and then throws it at someone backstage at her Lifetimes Tour<\/a>. Trudeau has been spotted bopping along<\/a> at one of her concerts before, so it\u2019s not necessarily surprising that he was with her backstage. We\u2019re more curious about whether he joined any of the people who started eating the cake off the floor.<\/p>\n Judging by tabloid reports, the couple seems to be hoping they\u2019ll spend many more birthdays together. A source recently told \u201cPage Six\u201d<\/a> that Trudeau thinks Perry is the \u201cperfect woman\u201d and is \u201csimpatico\u201d with her on \u201ceverything including politics, kids, and French food.\u201d Meanwhile, Perry has consulted a \u201cclaircognizance psychic\u201d to help her navigate her love life with Trudeau, the Daily Mail<\/a> reported on October 31.
