The 30-year-old has reportedly purchased a high-end property in Seoul’s plush Gangnam area. Called the L\u2019ARBRE 27, the luxury villa complex is another addition to her glittering real estate portfolio.<\/p>\n
The Korean media revealed details about Jisoo’s new penthouse this week, which reportedly is priced at 45 billion KRW (approximately 31.6 million USD), while standard villas are estimated at 20 billion KRW (around 14 million USD). This makes it one of the costliest villas in Gangnam. <\/p>\n

The residential complex is claimed to still be under construction. The twin-tower property holds five floors underground to seven floors above ground. The L\u2019ARBRE 27 includes only 27 exclusive villas, and its location is currently high on purchase demand among South Korea’s celebs and elites, with every unit already been sold out. <\/p>\n
Adding to the buzz are reports that HYBE founder Bang Si-Hyuk, who’s also the brains behind BTS, also holds a villa in the same complex. And once the construction completes, booth Bang and Jisoo are expected to move in their individual units.<\/p>\n
