\n\tLiam Gallagher<\/a> lambasted a fan who launched flares during Oasis<\/a>\u2019 Melbourne, Australia<\/a> show at Marvel Stadium on Friday, calling the person a \u201cseriously fucked up individual\u201d in a social media post about the incident.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cTo the massive CUNT who launched that flare into the crowd last night at the gig in Melbourne you are 1 seriously fucked up individual and you will get yours trust me,\u201d Gallagher posted on social platform X following their performance.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe flares were launched during the band\u2019s \u201cChampagne Supernova\u201d finale at the first date of their Australian run of their tour. (They perform tonight, Nov. 1, and Nov. 4 at Melbourne\u2019s Marvel Stadium, before heading to Sydney to play Accor Stadium on Nov. 7 and Nov. 8.)<\/p>\n

\n\tIn video footage filmed during the sold-out show, a flare can be seen going up in the air, appearing to be launched from within the crowd, and then it landed into the crowd who were in the floor section. Flames ignited in the area shortly after. Then, another flare can be seen going up and landing in the crowd nearby.<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to one concertgoer, there were two flares they witnessed going off. The attendee identified as Virginia, told Australian outlet news.com.au<\/a>, that she saw one flash, and then shortly after another one was set off.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cEach time you saw this flash, it looked like a fire, and then it was contained fairly quickly,\u201d Virginia, who attended the band\u2019s debut Australian concert with her family, told the outlet.<\/p>\n

\n\tShe added: \u201cI was there with my 13-year-old daughter, so once that went off, I thought it was bad and thought we\u2019ll just leave before the end of the song and try and get outside.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIt\u2019s unclear how the flares were brought into the stadium. Virginia confirmed to news.com.au that security checked bags and that concertgoers were scanned before entering the venue.<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to 9 News<\/a> in Australia, police in Victoria \u2014 the state in which Melbourne is located \u2014 said the incident was not reported and that there were no arrests. Marvel Stadium told 9 News that no one was harmed. \u201cWe\u2019ll leave the on record comments to Liam Gallagher\u2019s post,\u201d the venue added.<\/p>\n
