Arne Slot<\/a> has provided an early update on Liverpool\u2019s team news for their match against Real Madrid<\/a>, showing optimism regarding Ryan Gravenberch<\/a>\u2018s availability.<\/p>\n

The dust may only just be settling on Liverpool\u2019s 2-0 win over Aston Villa<\/a>, but attention has already begun turning to the Reds\u2019 Champions League<\/a> match on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Having missed three games through an ankle injury sustained against Man United<\/a>, Gravenberch returned to play the full match against Aston Villa<\/a>, performing well and scoring in the process.<\/p>\n

Asked by Steven Gerrard<\/a> on TNT Sports<\/a> if this would affect his minutes against Madrid, Slot said: \u201c[It] depends on how his ankle feels now. <\/p>\n

\"LIVERPOOL,<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s of course different when you\u2019ve been out with a muscle injury or with an ankle injury, so I think he\u2019s able to go again but we have to see how he comes out this game.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut I think this game also gives a bit of energy by itself to play Real Madrid<\/a>, but yeah, it\u2019s true that we also have to be smart about minutes because we have 19 to 20 players available.<\/p>\n

\u201cNormally when three or four are out, that means a lot of minutes needs to go to the same players, and when they go to the national team they have to play as well. <\/p>\n

\u201cBut I think Ryan is able to play Tuesday again but we have to wait and see.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\"LIVERPOOL,<\/p>\n

Unlike Gravenberch, Conor Bradley<\/a> hasn\u2019t missed a match due to injury since the opening day. However, he hasn\u2019t played full games consistently.<\/p>\n

In fact, this was his first time completing 90 minutes since the Merseyside derby on September 20 as he is normally rotated with Jeremie Frimpong<\/a> or Dominik Szoboszlai<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Ahead of Tuesday\u2019s match against Madrid, Slot said<\/a> of his right-back: \u201cThe challenge for him now will be to make himself ready because he\u2019s not been used for 90 minutes a lot this season, and after two days off rest the next one is coming up. <\/p>\n

\u201cAnd yeah, we have to think about that as well. But for now, your question was did he play well?<\/p>\n

\u201cYes, he played well today.\u201d<\/p>\n

If Bradley were to miss out, Slot would likely choose between Szoboszlai, Curtis Jones<\/a> and Joe Gomez<\/a> at right-back. Full-back is not the preferred position of any of the trio, though.<\/p>\n
