CAMBRIDGE, Mass. \u2013 Harvard Football has been named the Stats Perform FCS National Team of the Week. The Crimson defeated Dartmouth, 31-10, at home this past Saturday.

\nHarvard, which came into the game ranked No. 12 in the Stats Perform FCS Top 25 Poll, jumped out to a 17-0 lead on the Big Green, which itself was receiving votes in the Stats Perform rankings. After Dartmouth scored 10 points in the third quarter, the Crimson pulled away with 14 unanswered points in the fourth to provide the final margin.

\nQuarterback Jaden Craig<\/a> threw for a season-high 322 yards and a career-high-tying four touchdowns. His third TD of the afternoon \u2013 a 14-yard strike to Logan Reaska<\/a> \u2013 gave him 42 career passing touchdowns, which established a new Harvard career record. The senior also had a 14-yard TD pass to Seamus Gilmartin<\/a>, a 74-yard TD toss to Brady Blackburn<\/a> and finished his day with a 34-yard touchdown to Gilmartin. For the game, Blackburn eclipsed the 100-yard mark (116) for the fourth time in his last five games and Gilmartin contributed a season-high 70 yards.

\nFor his showing on Saturday, Craig was named Honorable Mention for the Stats Perform FCS National Offensive Player of the Week, which ultimately went to Monmouth running back Rodney Nelson.

\nOn defense, Harvard continued to dominate, limiting the Big Green to its fewest points since it scored nine vs. the Crimson in 2023, and just 261 yards of total offense (61 rush, 200 pass). Sean Line<\/a> led Harvard with a career- and game-high-matching 12 tackles, with Jack Donahoe<\/a> and Jack Kirkwood<\/a> each adding seven stops of their own. Christian Nwosu<\/a>, meanwhile, set career highs in tackles (6), sacks (1.5) and tackles for loss (2.0).

\nHarvard’s performance on the gridiron helped it improve to 7-0 on the season and kept it in first place in the Ivy League (4-0). The Crimson is 7-0 for the first time since 2015, and 4-0 in conference play for the first time since 2016.

\nHarvard continues its campaign on Friday when it plays at Columbia. Game time in New York City is set for 7 p.m. ET, with the contest airing live on ESPN2.
