(WPBN\/WGTU) &#8212; Community members impacted by the<a href=\"https:\/\/upnorthlive.com\/news\/local\/sheriff-seeks-terrorism-charges-for-man-after-walmart-stabbing-traverse-11-munson-grand-garfield-victims#\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"https:\/\/upnorthlive.com\/news\/local\/sheriff-seeks-terrorism-charges-for-man-after-walmart-stabbing-traverse-11-munson-grand-garfield-victims#\" class=\"themeColorForLinks\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> mass stabbing at the Walmart<\/a> in Traverse City are being offered free counseling services. <\/p>\n<p>County leaders announced the community mental health resources during <a href=\"https:\/\/upnorthlive.com\/news\/local\/grand-traverse-leaders-give-update-after-walmart-stabbing-leaves-11-injured#\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"https:\/\/upnorthlive.com\/news\/local\/grand-traverse-leaders-give-update-after-walmart-stabbing-leaves-11-injured#\" class=\"themeColorForLinks\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">a press conference <\/a>Sunday. <\/p>\n<p>The free counseling services will be offered at Northwestern Michigan College Innovation Center, which is next to the Cedar parking lot on campus. <\/p>\n<p>Counselors will be at NMC Monday &#8211; Wednesday from 10 a.m. &#8211; 7 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Counseling may be extended if needed. <\/p>\n<p>Other services available include a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northernlakescmh.org\/crisis\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"https:\/\/www.northernlakescmh.org\/crisis\/\" class=\"themeColorForLinks\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Crisis Hot Line<\/a>: 1-833-295-0616.<\/p>\n<p>There is also 24-hour counseling available at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munsonhealthcare.org\/locations\/grand-traverse-mental-health-crisis-and-access-center\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"https:\/\/www.munsonhealthcare.org\/locations\/grand-traverse-mental-health-crisis-and-access-center\" class=\"themeColorForLinks\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Grand Traverse Mental Health Crisis and Access Center<\/a>, 410 Brook Street.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, Mich.
