Some of Perth’s top influencers celebrated the return of summer and welcomed a new-look luxury seafood cruise at Rottnest Island.

Sea West and Rottnest Cruises have teamed up for a seven-course long table seafood lunch and cruise just in time for summer, with bookings available now through to April.

Perth content creators and TV stars were some of the first to check out the menu, which included sashimi, seared scallop, grilled Mandurah octopus, WA barramundi and grilled crayfish caught on the day.

The influencers tucked into the mouth-watering lunch while anchored in the stunning South Thomson Bay and finished off with a swim.

Executive chef Tony Howell said the menu was inspired by a sense of place and connection to the environment.

“I am privileged to be influenced by the coastal destinations that we operate, and the menus truly reflect this. That is so important to me,” he said.

“Sea West tells a remarkable story through food and the ocean – and this is conveyed by bringing people together for an unforgettable moment, whether it is in Mandurah or Rottnest Island. Life is all about moments, and these are best shared with good food in epic places with those we love.

“As a chef, bringing joy and creating memories is what drives me. And cooking fresh seafood on deck while surrounded by that joy and Australia’s best beaches, what’s not to love?”

The adults-only culinary experience is four hours and all-inclusive, with Margaret River wines plus a selection of beers and soft drinks.

Some of Perth’s top influencers celebrated the return of summer and welcomed a new-look luxury seafood cruise at…

[8
64,63,134,995,44339,13882,45
post-262169","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-entertainment","tag-au","tag-australia","tag-entertainment","tag-influencers","tag-rottnest","tag-social","tag-wa-news
["GET
