Natalie Pinkham, the long-serving Sky F1 presenter, has been forced to cancel a planned trip to this weekend\u2019s Brazilian Grand Prix as she continues her recovery from neck surgery.<\/p>\n
Pinkham announced in September that she would be \u201cout of action for a bit\u201d following a surgical procedure on her neck, telling fans she would \u201ckeep you posted\u201d on her recovery.<\/p>\n
She had hoped to return to screens at Interlagos this weekend.<\/p>\n
