I\u2019m ready to pounce whenever.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The role required a major physical transformation. Sweeney said she gained 30 pounds and worked closely with a nutritionist, strength coach, and boxing trainer to reach peak form. \u201cWe upped my calorie intake \u2014 protein shakes, PB&amp;J sandwiches, milkshakes, just constantly eating because we were so active,\u201d she explained to Variety during the Toronto Film Festival. \u201cI was constantly burning it all off at the same time, so keeping it up was a challenge.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sweeney also admitted the shoot was brutal: \u201cI was getting pummeled. They were holding ice packs to my face between takes.
