\n\tQuentin Tarantino<\/a>\u2018s new bladder-busting version of Kill Bill has a trailer and release date. <\/p>\n

\n\tKill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair unites 2003\u2019s Kill Bill: Vol 1 and 2004\u2019s Kill Bill: Vol 2 as a nationwide theatrical release for the first time. The film also includes a new and never-before-seen anime sequence (trailer below). <\/p>\n

\n\tThe film\u2019s run time is well over four hours \u2014 281 minutes \u2014 but that, thankfully, includes a 15-minute intermission.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Lionsgate release will be exclusively in theaters starting Dec. 5. <\/p>\n

\n\tTarantino\u2019s revenge epic stars Uma Thurman as The Bride, \u201cleft for dead after her former boss and lover Bill (David Carradine) ambushes her wedding rehearsal, shooting her in the head and stealing her unborn child. To exact her vengeance, she must first hunt down the four remaining members of the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad before confronting Bill himself.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tTarantino has toyed with the idea<\/a> of a Vol. 3 over the years. The concept would pick up two decades after Vol. 2 and a period of peace for The Bride and her daughter, B.B. Kiddo. Tarantino said he would cast Thurman\u2019s real-life daughter, Maya Hawke, and the two would be fleeing from assassins. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI think it\u2019s just revisiting the characters 20 years later,\u201d the Oscar winner said of the hypothetical film. \u201cJust imagining the Bride and her daughter B.B. having 20 years of peace, and then that peace is shattered and then the Bride and B.B. are on the run. The idea of casting Uma [Thurman] and casting her daughter, Maya, and the thing would be fucking exciting. I mean, Elle Driver [Daryl Hannah] is still out there, Sophie Fatale [Julie Dreyfus] got her arms cut off, she\u2019s still out there. They all got Bill\u2019s money. Gogo [Chiaki Kuriyama] had a twin sister, her twin sister could show up.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tYet no sequel is expected at this point, given Tarantino\u2019s plan to end his career with a 10th,<\/a> yet-to-be-announced project that isn\u2019t expected to revisit the Kill Bill universe.<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Quentin Tarantino\u2018s new bladder-busting version of Kill Bill has a trailer and release date.
