They were joined by a parade of Network 10 entertainment stars, including Sam Pang, Julia Morris, Beau Ryan, Grant Denyer, Mel Tracina, Gretel Killeen, Tom Gleisner, Ed Kavalee, Andy Allen, and new Survivor host David Genat \u2014 a reminder that 10\u2019s stable of on-air personalities remains one of the most recognisable line-ups in Australian television.<\/p>\n

He drew loud cheers as he confidently declared an end to Paramount\u2019s long and uncertain \u201cfor sale\u201d period, a moment that at least appeared to reassure the crowd that 10 isn\u2019t going anywhere.<\/p>\n – Advertisement –<\/p>\n <\/p>\n He also teased fresh tech developments under Paramount-Skydance\u2019s new ownership, led by Oracle founder Larry Ellison\u2019s son, David Ellison \u2014 hinting that the company\u2019s next phase will merge technology and storytelling in ways that could finally resolve those dreaded \u201ctech stack\u201d issues agencies love to hate.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Rod Prosser took to the stage with plenty to boast about \u2014 announcing Paramount as the exclusive representative for LG Channels across LG\u2019s webOS devices from January 1. The partnership unlocks valuable ACR data and puts the network in front of a \u201cswitched-on audience\u201d across a quarter of Aussie households.<\/p>\n In his speech, Prosser highlighted that Paramount Australia is now leaning into the over\u201140s demographic, noting they reach well over 9 million viewers in this group \u2014 \u201cmore in the sweet spot for marketers, more affluent, more employees, more life events\u201d \u2014 and describing them as more open to new brand choices, a shift that sets the network apart from competitors.<\/p>\n Elsewhere, a surprisingly sleek 10 News promo drew attention for its polish \u2014 a nod to a news division that consistently punches above its weight and rarely gets a shout-out at these sorts of events. Stay tuned, we hear.<\/p>\n Programming-wise, there wasn\u2019t much new beyond what had already been confirmed\u2014 such as The Traitors Australia returning with new host<\/a> Gretel Killeen, but we did get confirmation of two new factual<\/a> titles for 10 \u2014 Sydney Harbour Cops and The Animal Sanctuary \u2014 plus a new Paramount+ drama<\/a> Dalliance.<\/p>\n A lively 2026 promo for I\u2019m a Celebrity\u2026 Get Me Out of Here! was teased in the show\u2019s usual all-singing, all-dancing style, with Julia Morris seemingly confirming that Robert Irwin will fly straight from Dancing with the Stars US to South Africa to shoot the show later this year \u2014 backing our earlier reporting<\/a> that taping will take place ahead of its usual January \u201clive\u201d broadcast window.<\/p>\n The high-energy event was a slickly produced affair, packed with entertainment, star power and a few moments that only this industry could deliver.
