After being a healthy scratch for Thursday’s game against the Buffalo Sabres, Jordan Kyrou<\/a> will return to the lineup as the St. Louis Blues<\/a> take on the Seattle Kraken on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The Blues rebounded from a rough loss on Wednesday against the Washington Capitals with a 3-0 win over the Sabres.<\/p>\n

Kyrou, 27, has four goals and four assists in 14 games this season.<\/p>\n

In his last four games, he has no points, and over his past three, his ice time has declined, reaching a low of 14:04 against the Oilers on Monday.<\/p>\n

“Everybody has a role and responsibility on our team. When you don’t live up to your standard, you risk the chance of coming out of the lineup,” Blues head coach Jim Montgomery said<\/a> Saturday morning of scratching Kyrou.<\/p>\n

“It could have been a lot of guys, it’s just the way I ended up making my decision. This morning (Kyrou) showed up, he’s in a good frame of mind, and I’m giving him the opportunity to respond.<\/p>\n

“I expect him to be good tonight.”<\/p>\n

Kyrou will likely slot onto the top line against the Kraken with Brayden Schenn and Robert Thomas based on Saturday morning’s skate.<\/p>\n
