(AA Photo)<\/p>\n<p>\nNovember 09, 2025 05:30 AM GMT+03:00\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.turkiyetoday.com\/s\/i\/i-share.svg\" alt=\"Share\"\/><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye will host a full slate of international cycling races in 2026, including the 61st Presidential Cycling Tour and the European Track Cycling Championships, the Turkish Cycling Federation announced Friday.<\/p>\n<p>According to the official calendar, the 61st edition of the Presidential Cycling Tour of T\u00fcrkiye, listed in the UCI ProSeries category, will be held from April 26 to May 3.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the city of Konya is set to host the European Track Cycling Championships from Feb. 1 to 5.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"newspicture\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1280\/853;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/turkiye-lines-up-full-2026-cycling-slate-with-presidential-tour-european-track-champi-3209636_202511.jpeg\" alt=\"Residents greet cyclists with flowers in Tulumtas Village during the 2024 Gran Fondo Baskent cycling race held in Ankara, T\u00fcrkiye. (Photo via Gran Fondo Baskent&#8217;s website)\n<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye also features prominently in the 2026 Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) calendar, with a range of road and track events across multiple classifications, including ProSeries and Europe Tour 2.1, 2.2, and 1.2 categories.<\/p>\n<p>Turkish Cycling Federation President Emin Muftuoglu said the 2026 season would be pivotal in advancing the country&#8217;s ambitions to become a global cycling hub.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye continues to be the center of cycling,\u201d Muftuoglu said in a statement. \u201cThe race program included in the UCI calendar makes T\u00fcrkiye an international attraction for both professional and amateur cyclists.
