Instead of standard marketing templates, the agency crafts tailored strategies that align with a brand’s goals, personality, and audience behavior. The firm works with high-value retainer clients whose annual contracts range between ten to twenty-five lakh rupees, while monthly retainers for premium ORM services start at two and a half lakh. With a seven-member team working remotely, the agency has already built a strong foundation in Navi Mumbai and plans to move toward a hybrid model for smoother collaboration and creative brainstorming. Pluralis Digital is also preparing to launch a sub-brand focused on hyperlocal and small businesses, ensuring that even local entrepreneurs can access high-quality digital marketing at affordable rates. “We don’t offer generic packages; we create campaigns that truly make a difference,” Parikshit emphasized.

WhatsApp Image 2025-10-22 at 9.38.32 AM

WhatsApp Image 2025-10-22 at 9.37.37 AM

What makes Pluralis Digital stand out in a crowded digital space is the trust-based way it has grown. The agency’s success has been entirely organic, built on referrals, long-term relationships, and consistent performance rather than advertising. Parikshit explained that ORM, especially in the B2B segment, doesn’t follow typical paid marketing models. Most clients come through word-of-mouth, many of whom have been associated with him for over five years, dating back to his earlier entrepreneurial journey. Before starting Pluralis Digital, Parikshit co-owned another digital agency between 2018 and 2024, which generated around sixty-five lakh rupees in annual revenue. When he parted ways with his former partner to start anew, his old clients and teammates stood by him, carrying forward their trust into his new venture. “When I began again, I didn’t start from zero. My clients and team believed in me and helped me rebuild with confidence,” he recalled. Today, Pluralis Digital remains fully bootstrapped and focused on steady, structured growth. The goal for the coming year is to double its revenue through improved service delivery, deeper partnerships, and diversification across industries.

Parikshit’s journey to entrepreneurship began long before Pluralis Digital was born. In 2013, he started freelancing as a content strategist and copywriter while still in college, working with clients in politics and entertainment. His freelance income then ranged between ten thousand and forty-five thousand rupees per month. “Writing came naturally to me. What began as a financial necessity soon turned into a passion,” he said. Over time, as his projects expanded, he realized that larger campaigns demanded more than individual effort—they required structure, GST compliance, and a reliable team. This realization led to his first agency in 2018, marking his official entry into entrepreneurship. It wasn’t a smooth ride, as managing payments, creativity, and client expectations tested his resilience. “Freelancing was my business school,” Parikshit smiled. “It taught me how to survive slow months, manage clients, and build discipline in a creative world.”

Behind Parikshit’s professional journey lies a story of personal courage. Born in Jamnagar, Gujarat, he grew up in a modest family that faced financial instability. His father lost his job at an oil refinery just two months after Parikshit’s birth and passed away in 2003. His mother became the pillar of strength for the family until she fell ill in 2011, after which Parikshit became the sole earner. Throughout his childhood, he endured multiple fractures each year—sometimes as many as five—but his family never treated him as fragile. “They never let my condition define me. I was always taught to believe that I could live fully and work hard despite the odds,” he said. He went on to complete his Master’s in Economics from Mumbai University, even clearing his Ph.D. entrance exam, before deciding to channel his energy into building businesses instead of entering academia.

With Pluralis Digital now firmly established, Parikshit is preparing for its next chapter—global expansion. The agency is deepening its focus on online reputation management and exploring international markets through institutional and corporate partnerships. Pluralis Digital is also developing integrated solutions such as WhatsApp management systems for automated communication, email marketing for lead generation, and offline integrations that merge digital strategies with print and live events. Alongside, the team is working on scalable digital marketing models for small and local businesses, covering social media management, SEO, and brand strategy. “Marketing, to me, is not just about promoting products. It’s about how a brand connects with its customers, employees, and society,” Parikshit explained. “Our aim is to create campaigns that speak for themselves and build lasting trust.”

Parikshit Shah’s journey is a reflection of unshakable resilience and human spirit. From a small-town boy with fragile bones to an entrepreneur leading a seven-member digital team from Navi Mumbai, he has turned every challenge into an opportunity. His story proves that true strength lies not in physical ability but in the courage to keep building, no matter the odds. “We want to deliver campaigns that don’t need fixing—work that inspires confidence and makes an impact that lasts,” he concluded.

Source: Startup Pedia

 Post navigation

Every service at Pluralis Digital is built around impact and personalization.
