Princess Catherine reveals more details of cancer experience during hospital visit<\/a><\/p>\n Catherine, the Princess of Wales, discusses her experience undergoing chemotherapy and resuming life afterwards.<\/p>\n The 43-year-old announced in March last year that she was undergoing treatment after tests following major abdominal surgery revealed she had cancer. She has never spoken publicly about the type of cancer.<\/p>\n King Charles also announced last year that he was receiving treatment for an undisclosed form of cancer<\/a>, for which he is still receiving treatment.<\/p>\n “Every family has its own difficulties and its own challenges,” Prince William said in an interview with Brazilian TV host Luciano Huck.<\/p>\n “I think it’s very individual and sort of moment-dependent as to how you deal with those problems.<\/p>\n “We choose to communicate a lot more with our children, now that has its good things and its bad things.<\/p>\n “Sometimes you feel you’re oversharing with the children [and] you probably shouldn’t.<\/p>\n “But most of the time, hiding stuff from them doesn’t work.”<\/p>\n William and Catherine with their three children, George, Charlotte and Louis in September 2022.
