The #6 Middlebury women’s tennis team earned Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic honors, while all 11 members of the squad were named ITA Scholar-Athletes.<\/p>\n
To be an all-academic selection<\/a>, each team must have a grade point average (GPA) of 3.20 or above on a 4.00 scale for the academic year, all student-athletes must be listed on the institution’s eligibility form, and varsity letters should be factored into the cumulative GPA.\u00a0<\/p>\n Honors for ITA Scholar-Athletes<\/a> are awarded to student-athletes who possess a GPA of at least 3.50 in the current academic year and listed on the institutional eligibility form. Recent graduates Nina Farhat<\/a>, Claudia Miller<\/a> and Nathalie van der Reis<\/a> alongside rising seniors Anna Lardner<\/a>, Charlotte McCann<\/a> and Lulu Wu<\/a> tallied the award. Ananya Annapantula<\/a>, Gusty Beveridge<\/a>, Elizabeth Doak<\/a> and Elsie Van Wieren<\/a> rounded out the Middlebury honorees.<\/p>\n The Panthers finished their season with an 18-3 record and a 10-0 mark in NESCAC play.
