WITH the new federal subsidy on home batteries, state rebates on solar panels and the ever-increasing costs of electricity bills, many people are concerned about when is the right time for them to invest in home renewable energy and storage.<\/p>\n

Following their popular event in Mornington last month, Repower Mornington Peninsula is hosting a repeat performance of \u201cSolar And Batteries \u2013 Is Now The Time?\u201d at the Rye Civic Hall on Saturday 15 November at 3pm.<\/p>\n

The event features a Solar and Batteries presentation by an independent expert from the Yarra Energy Foundation and a demonstration of the \u2018Repower and Save\u2019 online research tool. There will then be an interactive Q and A discussion with a panel of Repower\u2019s trusted local business partners who specialise in home electrification.<\/p>\n

At the end you are welcome to stay for refreshments and a chat with the businesses and Repower volunteers.<\/p>\n

No-one will try to sell you anything. Repower is a not-for-profit volunteer group who is simply providing factual information to help you decide what you want to do, and when.<\/p>\n
