The sculpture is cleaned every two years.<\/p>\n<p>The 12-meter-high artwork, installed in 1998 across from the Athens Hilton, is composed of thousands of jagged glass panes mounted on an iron frame that depict a runner in motion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are preserving a symbol.
