Former Bomber Simon Madden and his wife Mary have sold their house at 2 Edward St, Essendon.<\/p>\n
Bombers legend Simon Madden and wife Mary are set to farewell their Essendon house of four decades after it fetched $2.75m at auction on Saturday.<\/p>\n
According to realestate.com.au\u2019s research arm PropTrack, the state recorded a preliminary 66.6 per cent clearance rate from 815 early results this week.<\/p>\n
A 19-season veteran who won the 1985 Norm Smith Medal, Madden is regarded as one of the AFL\u2019s greatest ever ruckmen.<\/p>\n
