There has been a lot of talk and speculation across social media in the past few months regarding race numbers, with Razgatlioglu confirming a change to #7 for 2026.<\/p>\n<p>It marks a switch from his familiar #54, which Razgatlioglu has used throughout his WorldSBK career, as the Turkish rider now steps into MotoGP \u2013 where Fermin Aldeguer (BK8 Gresini Racing MotoGP) already races with #54. The two have joked about the number on social media, with Razgatlioglu teasing that he might have to bargain for the chance to use #54.<\/p>\n<p>Now the reigning WorldSBK Champion will switch to the #7, a number that he has previously used early in his career. The #7 most recently appeared on the grid with Augusto Fernandez, who ran it during several wildcard\/test appearances.<\/p>\n<p>The announcement comes just hours after fellow MotoGP rookie, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motogp.com\/en\/news\/2025\/11\/17\/brazils-star-moreira-reveals-his-2026-race-number\/821981\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Diogo Moreira, revealed that he will use #11<\/a> for the 2026 season.
