Following the announced divestment<\/a> of its Bakersfield cluster, Connoisseur Media is has entered into an agreement to sell 15 Missouri radio stations to Carter Media LLC\/Carter Media Too LLC, a Carrollton, MO-based broadcaster. The stations include KAAN-AM\/FM (Bethany), KWIX-FM (Cairo), KKWK-FM and KMRN-AM (Cameron), KIRK-FM (Macon), KTCM-FM (Madison), KRES-FM and KWIX-AM (Moberly), KJEL-FM and KBNN-AM (Lebanon), and KFBD-FM, KOZQ-FM, KJPW-AM, and KIIK-AM (Waynesville). The transaction is pending FCC approval and is expected to close early next year.<\/p>\n

The sale is part of Connoisseur\u2019s strategy to focus on markets where it can execute its growth playbook following its acquisition of Alpha Media stations in September.<\/p>\n
