The Denver Broncos<\/a> all but clinched the AFC West division on Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs<\/a>, and punter Jeremy Crawshaw was arguably the unheralded hero in the biggest moment.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Crawshaw wasn’t the only Aussie to enjoy the sweet taste of winning though, with all five players from Australia enjoying victory over the weekend.<\/p>\n

Here’s how every Australian player performed in Week 11.<\/p>\n

The Denver Broncos became the firm favourites in the AFC West thanks to their win over division rivals the Kansas City Chiefs, and Aussie punter Jeremy Crawshaw played a pivotal role in the game’s biggest moment… just not for his punting.<\/p>\n

After marching the ball down the field in the game’s final minutes, the Broncos put their trust in kicker Wil Lutz to win the game from 35 yards. Lutz would kick truly, but below him in the thankless role of holder, Crawshaw stayed calm to allow his kicker to shine.<\/p>\n

When performing his primary duty of punting, Crawshaw was also calm and collected, tallying 211 yards from four punts, with his longest going for 58 yards. He would help his side to good field position, with three of his punts going down inside the Chiefs’ 20-yard line.<\/p>\n

Daniel Faalele<\/p>\n

The Baltimore Ravens<\/a> won their fourth straight on Sunday, as they continue to mount pressure on the Pittsburgh Steelers<\/a> for the top spot in the AFC North division. And they did it in spite of a subpar performance out of the quarterback position, as Lamar Jackson threw for just 193 yards, as well two interceptions and zero touchdowns.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In fairness to Jackson, he was under constant pressure from Cleveland’s defensive line, as he would be sacked five times. Starting guard Daniel Faalele again frustrated Ravens’ fans, as calls for coach\u00a0John Harbaugh to bench the Aussie continue to grow louder.<\/p>\n

Fortunately for Faalele, it seems like Harbaugh has his back.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cYou put the best five players out there,\u201d Harbaugh said on Monday.<\/p>\n

“They’re playing pretty darn good… All of our guys, including our offensive line, fight and compete and get after it. And that’s what those guys are doing too. None of our positions are perfect, and they’re not perfect either. But they’re trying to be.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

Tory Taylor<\/p>\n

The Chicago Bears<\/a> survived a fourth-quarter comeback attempt by the Minnesota Vikings<\/a>, and punter Tory Taylor was called upon often.<\/p>\n

Taylor was required to punt six times, his equal-most for the season, and totalled an impressive 286 yards of those attempts, with his longest travelling for 57 yards.<\/p>\n

Mitch Wishnowsky<\/p>\n

On the contrary, Buffalo punter Mitch Wishnowsky had less of a chance to show off his leg, only being required to punt twice for the Bills<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Quarterback Josh Allen was firing on all cylinders on Sunday, throwing three touchdowns as well as rushing for three touchdowns himself, leading the Bills to a monster final score of 44.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On his two punting attempts meanwhile, Wishnowsky would send the ball for a combine 83 yards.<\/p>\n

Jordan Mailata<\/p>\n

Philadelphia’s defence led the Eagles<\/a> to another winning, holding Detroit to a score of just nine in the seven-point win, while forcing Lions<\/a>‘ quarterback Jared Goff into throwing 23 incompletions.<\/p>\n

Meamwhile, the Eagles’ offence was serviceable, as Jordan Mailata and the offensive line helped the team produce 16 points, thanks to one Jalen Hurts rushing touchdown, and three field goals.<\/p>\n
