The Golden State Warriors pushed their winning streak to three games \u2014 a season best \u2014 on Sunday, when they beat the New Orleans Pelicans by a score of 124-106<\/a>. Suddenly the Dubs team that had fallen to .500 and gone just 1-6 on the road is a distant memory. Thankfully.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a look at how Dub Nation viewed the win, as seen by comments from the Golden State of Mind game thread<\/a>.<\/p>\n

First quarter: \u2018Channeling his inner Aaron Gordon\u2019<\/p>\n

The first quarter was all about Moses Moody. He made a staggering seven threes in the quarter alone, setting his personal record for a single game, before the second quarter even began. It sparked the Warriors and led them to their highest-scoring quarter of the year, as they led 44-28.<\/p>\n

Second quarter: \u2018Red hot to ice cold\u2019<\/p>\n

The second quarter was the opposite, though. The Warriors simply could not buy a bucket, no matter where they looked. They found some rhythm late, though, and still led 61-49 at the break.<\/p>\n

Third quarter: \u2018A Steph stinker can be excused\u2019<\/p>\n

The third quarter was uneventful. The most notable point came halfway through, when Steph Curry \u2014 who finished with just two baskets \u2014 made his first field goal of the night. But the Dubs didn\u2019t need him on this night. Behind some nice minutes from Jimmy Butler III and strong bench contributions from Brandin Podziemski and Al Horford, the Warriors took an 85-71 lead to the final frame.<\/p>\n

Fourth quarter: \u2018Podz mini heater\u2019<\/p>\n
