With three days to go, Perth\u2019s best food trucks are curating their menus as they gear up to feed a throng of hungry punters at WA\u2019s biggest celebration.<\/p>\n

WA Day festival-goers will be able to tantalise the senses with an exquisite variety of local and international cuisines from more than 50 food trucks at Perdaman Eat Street this weekend.<\/p>\n

Among the vendors is Street Food lab, specialising in authentic mouth-watering mixed Asian cuisine.<\/p>\n

Owner Vic Tang said there were more than a dozen plates on offer, including satay chicken skewers, karage chicken and pork goyza.<\/p>\n

He said he was proud to be part of WA Day festivities, adding \u201cwhen you see someone happy with you\u2019re food, you\u2019re also happy\u201d.<\/p>\n

Sunny Bhudia said his food truck, Chips on a Stick, had been feeding hungry festival-goers for nearly a decade.<\/p>\n

The fully vegetarian menu includes nachos, loaded fries and the infamous spiral chip on a stick.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe do very well at festivals and music festivals and schools,\u201d Mr Bhudia said. \u201cI love the WA Day community spirit (we get) a large volume of people of all ages.\u201d<\/p>\n

And with summer just around the corner, KB\u2019s Creamy Creations is expecting an influx of punters looking to have their sugar fix.<\/p>\n

Owner Kerryn Bradshaw said her truck \u2014 which has been in the family business for the past 90 years \u2014 was a haven for sweet-tooths, selling ice cream, fairy floss, donuts and snow cones.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m really looking forward to the challenge because you don\u2019t usually get two full long days,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love selling ice creams to all the kids, I love to see their faces and I love when they come and ask for different creations \u2014nothing is a problem, I just make whatever they like.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ms Bradshaw said her favourite menu item was the indulgent Biscoff flurry.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe do it with sauce and biscuits all crushed up … it\u2019s actually divine and very popular,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Celebrate WA chair Scott Jones said he was looking forward to the WA Day festivities.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re excited to be bringing together more than 50 food trucks and food vendors from across Perth for the WA Day Festival as part of the Perdaman Eat Street precinct, where families can enjoy delicious food throughout the festival,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The WA Day Festival is made possible thanks to support from the BHP, WA Government, Lotterywest. Patrons are encouraged to take advantage of the public transport available to Burswood Park.<\/p>\n
