\nEvent builds on the phenomenal success of Women\u2019s Rugby World Cup 2025<\/p>\n
World Rugby will showcase the broad range of women\u2019s wellbeing initiatives taking place across the game following Women\u2019s Rugby World Cup 2025.\u00a0 The webinars will take place on Monday 24 November at 0800 and 1600 GMT to allow for greater access to a global audience.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Women\u2019s wellbeing has often been an underserved area of sport but rugby has been making strides in this space for some time. With an increased audience on the back of Women\u2019s Rugby World Cup 2025 the webinar titled \u201cThis is not a Science Lesson\u201d will help players, coaches and officials in all sports learn about the breadth and depth of the work underway.<\/p>\n
Hosted by World Rugby Science and Medical Manager Dr Lindsay Starling, the webinar will include presentations from Dr Araba Chintoh of the University of Calgary who Chairs World Rugby Women\u2019s Player Welfare Working Group.\u00a0 It will also hear from subject professionals including Dominic Rumbles, World Rugby Chief Communications Officer.<\/p>\n
Previewing the event Dr Lindsay Starling said \u201cHistorically, the women\u2019s game hasn\u2019t had equal investment in research, resources, or understanding. That\u2019s now changing, and the \u201cThis is not a Science Lesson\u201d webinar will show how.\u00a0 This webinar is a great chance to show all the work which went on at Women\u2019s Rugby World Cup 2025 and how that continues into the future.<\/p>\n
