Nine alleged members of an outlaw bikie gang will face court after a police investigation into drug, firearm, brawling, and sexual touching offences in the New South Wales Hunter region.<\/p>\n

\ufeffOn Saturday, November 1, a 25-year-old woman was allegedly touched by an unknown man on three separate occasions throughout the night at a hotel in Meriwether.<\/p>\n

On the same\ufeff night, three other men were allegedly involved in a fight at the same premises, with one of them allegedly arming himself with a cutlery knife to threaten a patron.<\/p>\n

The next Saturday, November 8, police began investigating an alleged brawl at a licensed premises in Shoal Bay, where a group of men are said to have attacked people standing outside the venue.<\/p>\n

The men involved in all the alleged incidents were identified as members of the Finks bikie gang, police claim.<\/p>\n

From about 6am yesterday, police executed seven search warrants in the Lake Macquarie, Cessnock, and Maitland areas.<\/p>\n

In Kurri Kurri, police arrested a 36-year-old man and charged him with two counts of affray relating to both the Merewether and Shoal Bay incidents, as well as drug dealing.<\/p>\n

He was granted conditional bail to appear in court on November 25.<\/p>\n

In North Rothbury, police arrested a 33-year-old man and charged him with two counts of affray relating to both the Merewether and Shoal Bay incidents, drug possession, and refusing digital evidence access.<\/p>\n

He was granted conditional bail to appear in court on November 27.<\/p>\n

At an address in Rutherford, police arrested a 40-year-old man and charged him with sexual touching without consent.<\/p>\n

He was granted conditional bail to appear in court on December 10.<\/p>\n

During a search warrant in Maitland, police allegedly located a gel blaster and arrested two men aged 28 and 38.<\/p>\n

The older man was charged with affray relating to the Shoal Bay incident, and firearm offences.<\/p>\n

The younger man was charged with weapon and drug offences.<\/p>\n

Both were refused bail to appear court today.<\/p>\n

At an address in Windale, police arrested a 28-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman.<\/p>\n

They also allegedly found a shotgun during a search of the property.<\/p>\n

The man was charged with affray and both the man and woman were charged with multiple weapon offences.<\/p>\n

They were refused bail and will appear in court today.\ufeff<\/p>\n

At a Bellbird address, police arrested a 32-year-old man and charged him with affray relating to the Shoal Bay incident.<\/p>\n

He was bailed to appear in court on November 26.<\/p>\n

At a separate address in Bellbird, police arrested a 34-year-old man and charged with drug and weapons offences after police allegedly found a ballistic dart gun and knuckle dusters on the property.<\/p>\n
