Trump denies Epstein letter, doesn’t rule out Ghislane Maxwell pardon<\/p>\n

President Donald Trump explained his falling out with Jeffrey Epstein during a meeting with the British prime minister in Scotland.<\/p>\n

Almost a year after a second assassination attempt<\/a> against Donald Trump<\/a> at his West Palm Beach golf resort, the president\u2019s security team unveiled what appeared to be a heavily armored golf cart in Scotland over the weekend.<\/p>\n

The president, a frequent visitor to his golf resorts, was seen playing at the Trump Turnberry golf course in South Ayrshire, Scotland<\/a>, over the weekend. During his latest round, a large all-black vehicle followed his group through the game.<\/p>\n

Nicknamed by the British media as \u201cGolf Force One,\u201d the cart is believed to be part of Trump’s Secret Service detail, with several security experts telling The Telegraph<\/a> that the vehicle has many telltale signs indicating it’s heavily armored.<\/p>\n

\u201cJust looking at the front windscreen, that looks armored,\u201d Gary Relf, director of Armoured Car Services, told the outlet<\/a>. \u201cThe windscreen is a giveaway, as are the side panels, doors and the large panel at the rear above the load tray.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the same experts<\/a>, the vehicle appeared to share many features with the president\u2019s official limousine, commonly referred to as \u201cThe Beast<\/a>,\u201d suggesting it could be a modified Polaris Ranger XP.<\/p>\n

Wearing a white baseball cap with “USA” embroidered in dark colors on the front and an American flag on the side, Trump over the weekend drove a white golf cart while a convoy of Secret Service agents followed in a black vehicle.<\/p>\n

Trump\u2019s golf round in Scotland<\/a> comes as he is scheduled to visit the country until July 29 \u2013 and months before a formal state visit to the United Kingdom set for September.USA TODAY has reached out to the White House for comment on the vehicle.<\/p>\n
