{"id":297102,"date":"2025-11-20T13:24:09","date_gmt":"2025-11-20T13:24:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/297102\/"},"modified":"2025-11-20T13:24:09","modified_gmt":"2025-11-20T13:24:09","slug":"alex-marquez-gives-works-ducati-verdict-i-dont-want-to-know-pecco-bagnaias-issues","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/297102\/","title":{"rendered":"Alex Marquez gives works Ducati verdict: \u2018I don\u2019t want to know Pecco Bagnaia\u2019s issues\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Alex Marquez says he felt \u201ccomfortable from the first session\u201d on the works-spec Ducati at the Valencia MotoGP test, but \u201cI don\u2019t want to know what problems\u201d Pecco Bagnaia had.<\/p>\n<p>The 2025 championship runner-up has been granted works status by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crash.net\/motogp\/teams\/ducati-lenovo-team\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Ducati<\/a> for the 2026 season, which will give him machine parity with Marc Marquez, Pecco Bagnaia and Fabio Di Giannantonio.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.crash.net\/motogp\/racer\/935450\/alex-marquez\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Alex Marquez<\/a> got his first taste of factory support with Ducati at the Valencia test, in which was he was third fastest having managed a total of 53 laps.<\/p>\n<p>He tested various items, particularly on the aerodynamic side, ahead of winter testing next year.<\/p>\n<p>Much has been made this year about the differences between the GP24 and the GP25, with most within Ducati insisting that these are minimal.<\/p>\n<p> Article continues below ADVERTISEMENT<\/p>\n<p> Article continues below ADVERTISEMENT<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI still need to do more laps before I can tell you,\u201d the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crash.net\/motogp\/teams\/gresini-racing-motogp\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Gresini<\/a> rider said on this matter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey are very, very similar bikes.
