The couple, who welcomed baby Bailey Colter Cox on September 25, had a crushing end to their Block journey. Despite winning two rooms and receiving consistent praise, their house was passed in, falling a mere $20,000 short of its $2.99m reserve.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was extremely disappointing to have our home not sell on auction day,\u201d Emma and Ben admitted.

He said the home had been lovingly renovated into a modern family home with multiple living spaces, an in-ground pool and spa, fruit trees and a large garage.<\/p>\n
\u201cWith the four bedrooms, the extra study and the pool, (the home) has a lot going for it. It\u2019s a great family home in a great family location,\u201d Mr Carman said.<\/p>\n
