But Martin O\u2019Neill and his backroom staff have made a huge difference, as one man who has been part of his coaching set-up is Mark Fotheringham<\/a>.<\/p>\n Fotheringham went viral<\/a> for one of his post-match interviews during his days as Huddersfield Town coach, but he seems to be making a difference now that he is in the colours of Celtic. <\/p>\n Fotheringham is a loud character, even O\u2019Neill mentioned that in his presser when he first replaced Brendan Rodgers.<\/p>\n Speaking on Go Radio, Charlie Mulgrew<\/a> shared that Fotheringham has brought a lot of \u2018energy\u2019 to Celtic training, and it has been \u2018infectious\u2019 amongst the group. <\/p>\n \u201cShaun Maloney has done a great job,\u201d said Mulgrew. \u201cMcManus has done a job. Fotheringham has stepped in, and his energy is, I am hearing, it\u2019s infectious. <\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s having a big impact and he is helping to do his bit as well.\u201d<\/p>\n Mulgrew states what Celtic need to do with a new manager<\/p>\n The noise suggests that Wilfried Nancy will be Celtic\u2019s next manager<\/a>, but as of this moment, O\u2019Neill is still taking charge<\/a> of proceedings. <\/p>\n Mulgrew admitted \u2018there is no better man\u2019 to be standing in Celtic\u2019s dugout right now, but he would like the managerial process to quicken up. <\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t know what the hold-up is,\u201d said Mulgrew. \u201cI think they need to get it done.
