Cardi B\u2019s boyfriend <\/a>Stefon Diggs has been accused of sexual battery by influencer Christopher Blake Griffith.<\/p>\n

Griffith alleges Diggs drugged and attempted to sexually assault him at Diggs\u2019 Maryland home on May 22, 2023, and then conspired to kill him.<\/p>\n

Griffith originally made the claims on Instagram in August, and the NFL player, who welcomed a son with \u201cBodak Yellow\u201d rapper Cardi B<\/a> earlier this month, subsequently filed a libel lawsuit<\/a> against Griffith, accusing him of concocting a fake story.<\/p>\n

Griffith filed his counterclaims on Friday.<\/p>\n

In the suit, the influencer claims the alleged incident took place \u201cwhile in Mr. Diggs\u2019s car and at his house in Maryland, after events in the Washington, DC, area that Mr. Griffith attended as Mr. Diggs\u2019s guest.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additionally, Griffith accuses the New England Patriots wide receiver of alleged \u201ccoordination of a violent attack\u201d on May 29, 2023, in Los Angeles, involving Diggs\u2019 brother, Darez Diggs, and two additional \u201cassociates.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis attack came as a direct result of Mr. Diggs\u2019s rebuffed sexual advances toward Mr. Griffith,\u201d the docs further allege.<\/p>\n

The influencer claims the alleged incident took place \u201cwhile in Mr. Diggs\u2019s car and at his house in Bethesda, Maryland\u201d in May 2023. Christopher Blake Griffith\/Instagram<\/p>\n

Griffith\u2019s legal team also accused Diggs of taking to social media with \u201cdefamatory statements\u201d about Griffith. @markredstudios \/ BACKGRID<\/p>\n

Griffith\u2019s legal team goes on to claim that Diggs took to social media with \u201cdefamatory statements\u201d about the stylist, accusing him of stealing \u201carticles of clothing\u201d from Diggs\u2019 home.<\/p>\n

The attorneys called the claims \u201cunequivocally false\u201d and \u201chighly damaging to Mr. Griffith\u2019s professional and personal reputation.\u201d <\/p>\n

Page Six has reached out to legal representatives for Diggs. <\/p>\n

The latest filing comes after the NFL star filed a libel lawsuit against Griffith over his claims. <\/p>\n

In documents filed on Oct. 1 and originally obtained by TMZ, Diggs alleged that \u201cwould-be social media influencer\u201d\u00a0Griffith created a false narrative about the alleged May 2023 incident. <\/p>\n

Diggs claimed in documents that he and Griffith, along with other other social media personalities, attended a club following a charity basketball game in Washington, DC. <\/p>\n

According to the docs, everyone returned to the wide receiver\u2019s home, where Diggs claimed he retreated to his bedroom and requested that Griffith leave the residence. <\/p>\n

Diggs, 31, alleged that Griffith took to social media two years later to claim the athlete \u201cdrugged and attempted to sexually assault\u201d him before allegedly conspiring to end his life. <\/p>\n

Diggs\u2019 lawsuit also claimed that Griffith shared the allegations \u2014 contained in a police report \u2014 with nearly 100,00 followers in August, and additionally tagged Sarah Jessica Parker and Ugg, who posed with the NFL star for a footwear campaign. <\/p>\n

In the lawsuit, Diggs is seeking an undisclosed amount in damages and attorneys fees.<\/p>\n
