\u201cThe house is on a 405 sqm block of land and features open-plan living and dining areas and a timber deck,\u201d Answerth said.<\/p>\n
He credited much of the property\u2019s appeal to the extensive landscaping work completed by his father and uncle early in his ownership.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen I first bought it, my dad, who is a landscaper and hedge cutter, helped turn the place around with my uncle,\u201d Answerth said. <\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019ve done a lot of work on the house over the years.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ray White Metro North director David Treloar marketed the home at 173 Macrossan Ave.<\/p>\n

Answerth bought another property just 600m away in 2022, where he currently lives, with plans to potentially rebuild in his favourite Brisbane suburb.<\/p>\n
\u201cNorman Park is the most underrated suburb in Brisbane,\u201d Mr Answerth said.<\/p>\n
\u201cFor me, coming from Melbourne, the lifestyle was the most similar \u2013 the streets and parks, the character houses and residential zones that have a real family feel.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere are heaps of parks around, which is perfect for my two dogs.\u201d<\/p>\n
