CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – NC State duo of Gabriella Broadfoot and Victoria Osuigwe won the 2025 NCAA Division I Women\u2019s Tennis Doubles Championship on Sunday, November 23, at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida.<\/p>\n
Broadfoot and Osuigwe defeated Vanderbilt\u2019s team of Sophia Webster and Celia-Belle Mohr 7-6, 6-2 in the championship match to win the second NCAA Doubles title in NC State women\u2019s tennis program history.<\/p>\n
The Wolfpack doubles team added to the success of the ACC at the NCAA Women\u2019s Tennis Championships, becoming the fifth ACC doubles team to win the championship in the last six years \u2013 Makenna Jones and Elizabeth Scotty of North Carolina (2021), Jaeda Daniel and Nell Miller of NC State (2022), Fiona Crawley and Carson Tanguilig of North Carolina (2023) and Elaine Chervinsky and Melodie Collard of Virginia (2024).<\/p>\n

\n\tUpset No. 3 seeds Ange Oby Kajuru and Susanna Maltby (North Carolina) 5-7, 6-1, 12-10 in the Quarterfinals
\n\tDefeated Lily Fairclough and Daniela Borruel (USC) 6-4, 6-7 (3), 10-3 in the Semifinals
\n\tBeat No. 4 seed Sophia Webster and Celia-Belle Mohr (Vanderbilt) 7-5, 6-4 in the Finals

\nACC women\u2019s tennis players earned four ITA All-America honors at the 2025 NCAA Doubles Championships. The complete list of All-Americans will be announced at the end of the 2025\u201326 season once all criteria are met.<\/p>\n
