It boasts more than 2000 square metres of resident amenities, including private dining rooms, theatre, wine storage and a breathtaking rooftop bar and pool.<\/p>\n<p>The wellness level, which includes a gym, spa, sauna and an onsite physiotherapist, has been intelligently constructed above the car park to prevent disturbing residents above.<\/p>\n<p>Wowing the judges was the 360-degree cascading green wall, the purpose-built curved line exterior, unrivalled amenities and a rooftop terrace with magnificent views.
