He was traded in the offseason to the Rockets in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nba.com\/news\/suns-rockets-trade-kevin-durant\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a seven-team deal<\/a> that sent Dillon Brooks, Jalen Green and the No. 10 overall pick to the Suns.<\/p>\n<p>The Suns used the pick to draft Duke center <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nba.com\/draft\/2025\/prospects\/khaman-maluach\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Khaman Maluach<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The 37-year-old is the Rockets\u2019 leading scorer this season and signed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nba.com\/news\/kevin-durant-rockets-extension\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a two-year extension<\/a> with the team that runs through 2028.
