In the four mentioned games in which they achieved two wins and two losses, the team claimed victories against the Washington Wizards and the Boston Celtics, with the latter being a major surprise. Their lead-up to this game was a visit to the Toronto Raptors, where they did not perform particularly well and failed to continue their strong play. Practically from the very beginning, the home team was the one that established control of the game. After 12 minutes of play, they held a six-point lead, but the impression is that \u2014 if not for their own mistakes \u2014 that margin would have been much larger. The closest the Brooklyn Nets came to turning the game around was in the middle of the third quarter, when they were within one possession, but the home team quickly restored their advantage and ultimately secured a double-digit win, 119\u2013109. Tyrese Martin especially stood out for the Nets, finishing as the leading scorer with 26 points. He was followed by Michael Porter Jr.<\/a> with 25 points.<\/p>\n

Even a brilliant performance from Jalen Brunson, who finished the game with 33 points and 11 assists, did not help. Karl-Anthony Towns also made a solid contribution with 24 points.<\/p>\n
