\u201cWe have two completely different characters in the Moto2 team,\u201d Luthi said.<\/p>\n
\u201cSenna is still very young. He doesn\u2019t have that much experience yet, but he has enormous talent.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe\u2019s already doing a lot of things right and is operating at an incredibly high level.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cWorking with him is exciting. He gains new experiences every day and is improving. He’s becoming more and more grounded \u2013 both in the class and within the team.<\/p>\n
\u201cI find it really exciting to take these steps with him.<\/p>\n

\u201cOn the other hand, we have Manuel, who is very experienced. He’s very composed and knows where he wants to go.<\/p>\n
\u201cWith him, it’s all about the details. With Senna, however, we’re often working on bigger things.<\/p>\n
\u201cManu is a workhorse.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe knows every detail and analyses everything down to the smallest detail.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe knows exactly what he wants and what needs to be done.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith this consistent work ethic, he has made his way up from the Supersport category to Moto2.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe is now so experienced here that it no longer matters which path ultimately led him here.\u201d<\/p>\n
He added: \u201cBoth have already won Moto2 races; that shows they are ready.\u201d<\/p>\n
