(ABC News: Jessica Ross)<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re looking at about 600 powerlines down now, so that&#8217;s a good indication of how much work has been done,&#8221;  he said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph__iYReA\">&#8220;When you look at it, it&#8217;s not just the powerlines.
