{"id":307472,"date":"2025-11-25T10:02:08","date_gmt":"2025-11-25T10:02:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/307472\/"},"modified":"2025-11-25T10:02:08","modified_gmt":"2025-11-25T10:02:08","slug":"britton-recognised-with-education-and-training-excellence-award","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/307472\/","title":{"rendered":"Britton recognised with Education and Training Excellence Award"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"article__summary\">\n                Jaide Britton has won the 2025 AFLPA Education and Training Excellence Award\n            <\/p>\n<p>West Coast Eagles midfielder Jaide Britton has been recognised for her off-field academics, winning the Education and Training Excellence Award at Tuesday night\u2019s AFLPA Awards.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0AFLPA Education and Training Excellence Award\u00a0is presented by the\u00a0AFL Players&#8217; Association to acknowledge players for their outstanding commitment to personal and professional development alongside their football careers.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of her on-field responsibilities, Britton is currently studying a Juris Doctor of Law, after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Law and Psychology and Behavioral Sciences.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Eagles AFLW Player Development Manager Janelle Marangon praised Britton\u2019s work ethic and ability to complete her studies and her football regime at an incredibly high level.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom the moment Jaide joined our football program, her commitment both on and off the field stood out,\u201d Marangon said.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Congratulations to Jaide who has been recognised with the AFLPA Education &amp; Training Excellence Award. <\/p>\n<p>The award recognises Jaide\u2019s personal and professional development outside of her football career! \ud83c\udfc6 \ud83d\udcda <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/V5gjV66gLb\" rel=\"nofollow\">pic.twitter.com\/V5gjV66gLb<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 West Coast Eagles AFLW (@eaglesaflw) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/eaglesaflw\/status\/1993238709869916423?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">November 25, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cJaide brings incredible balance and energy to our club. As a student at UWA and a key member of our developing leadership group, she\u2019s a role model for everyone.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHer organisation, communication, and ability to excel in both football and academics is unmatched.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJaide is not only elite in her training standards and performance, but the dedication she shows to her studies is something to be admired.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Senior coach Daisy Pearce said Britton is an inspiration to her teammates both on and off the field.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe way Jaide balances her football with high-level studies is incredibly impressive.
