TAG HEUER has unveiled one of its most technically ambitious watches to date: the Monaco Split-Seconds Chronograph Air 1, a limited edition that pushes the brand\u2019s motorsport-inspired design into experimental territory.<\/p>\n

The piece combines an ultra-light titanium case created using additive manufacturing with the most complex chronograph movement in the company\u2019s line-up.<\/p>\n

\"\"\/TAG Heuer.<\/p>\n

Constructed largely from titanium and itself weighing just 30 grams, it offers a 65-hour power reserve and powers a split-second, or rattrapante, chronograph capable of measuring two simultaneous events.<\/p>\n

The movement is decorated to an eye-poppingly high standard, including Tag Heuer\u2019s chequered-flag motif visible through the sapphire caseback.<\/p>\n

A sapphire dial, golden markers, DLC-coated titanium pushers and crown, and a solid yellow-gold split-seconds pusher complete the design.<\/p>\n

The watch is fitted to a black rubber and alcantara strap and is limited to 30 numbered pieces.<\/p>\n

It will be available from December online and at TAG Heuer boutiques, and at the moment priced at 150,000 CHF (approx. AUD$289,261).<\/p>\n
