The curriculum also addresses AI-driven energy optimisation and the development of carbon accounting frameworks for cloud environments.<\/p>\n<p>The programme also marks a major step forward in developing the next generation of cloud leaders equipped to manage hybrid and multi-cloud environments, while addressing cost efficiency and carbon impact.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nadvertisement<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"gofollow\" data-track=\"OTM3LDQsMSw2MA==\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pulseway.com\/land\/rmm-for-newbies?rfid=nca_tech_central\" target=\" target=\" _blank=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/TechCentral-728x90-1.png\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tracey Donnery, director of policy &amp; communications, Skillnet Ireland, said: \u201cThis first-of-its-kind Master\u2019s programme will help ensure Ireland has the skills and talent necessary to become a global hub for sustainable cloud computing, create exciting new innovation opportunities for businesses, whilst supporting our low-carbon economy goals.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Aligned with the National Cloud Computing Strategy and Climate Action Plan and developed in collaboration with TU Dublin\u2019s School of Enterprise Computing and Digital Transformation, the programme offers advanced training in hybrid cloud architecture, cloud cost optimisation, sustainable IT practices, and carbon-aware computing.<\/p>\n<p>Prof Pramod Pathak, Dean of the Faculty of Computing, Digital and Data at TU Dublin, said: \u201cModern cloud professionals need to be multi-disciplinary experts. This master\u2019s provides the full toolkit \u2013 from technical fluency to financial accountability to environmental leadership.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dr Barry Feeney, Head of School, TU Dublin, added: \u201cThis programme would not be possible without our partnership with Technology Ireland ICT Skillnet and the input from industry leaders.
